Guidelines to ad materials content and promotional methods

1.1. General guidelines:

  • Use proper English language;
  • Use the business style of text;
  • Don’t use any USP’s (unique sales proposition) or discounts that are not provided by the offer;
  • Don’t use any inappropriate images that can hurt brand perception.

1.2. Guidelines for paid search ads

  • Please provide screenshots of your ads and link to the landing page;
  • Don’t use keywords that are marked in offer rules as negative keywords;
  • If you work with a branded offer, don’t write that this is the official website of that brand.

1.3. Guidelines for social advertising:

  • Please provide: location of call center, an example of data being used, opt-in URL, TCPA text on the landing page;
  • Don’t transfer customers that are not accepted by the offer;
  • Don’t transfer customers that are not interested in the offer;
  • Don’t call the customer again if he had a successful billable call from you.

1.4. Guidelines for classified ads

  • Please provide screenshots of your ads and it’s variations;
  • Specify what classified websites are going to be used;
  • Don’t make ads so it seems like it’s from individual.

1.5 Guidelines for live transfers

  • Please provide: location of call center, an example of data being used, opt-in URL, TCPA text on the landing page;
  • Don’t transfer customers that are not accepted by the offer;
  • Don’t transfer customers that are not interested in the offer;
  • Don’t call the customer again if he had a successful billable call from you.

1.6. Getting information for the ad content

  • You can use information from offer description;
  • You can use information from the offer’s website or landing page;
  • If you need more information, please ask your personal manager;
  • It’s not allowed to call the advertiser directly and speak with him about any issue.
